keys — click to add or remove a note (up to 8); every click pings so you hear what you're picking.
hear it — strums the current pick, low to high.
clear — empties the keyboard.
LOAD — burns the keyboard chord onto that pad, fades it in, and points the inspector at it. Loading over a full pad replaces it.
pad button — toggles the pad on and off. Pads stack; each arrives and leaves at its own rise and fall.
voice menu — the pad's instrument, switchable while it sounds.
✕ — deletes the pad; its sound leaves at the pad's fall time.
fade all — every pad breathes out at once, each at its own fall.
saw choir — detuned saws in unison; the classic warm pad.
glass — pure tones with faint upper partials; the cleanest voice.
soft FM — a slowly stirred FM tone; hollow, faintly metallic.
breath — tuned noise; air shaped to the chord.
organ — a hollow pulse pair; reedy and steady.
far choir — saws sung through vowel filters, one mouth per note; distant voices.
tape strings — a wide, worn unison, darker and wobblier; a string machine left in the sun.
reed — a square wave with the focus tightened; woody, close to a hichiriki.
undertow — FM whose sidebands fall below the note, over a sub octave; the dark one.
weave — two pulses drifting through a slow phaser; air that keeps moving.
1–12 — edit one pad alone; the sliders jump to show that pad's settings.
ALL — edits every pad at once, and sets the defaults new pads inherit.
Engine and filter changes lean in over a couple of seconds rather than snapping — the loom moves at its own pace. Rise and fall take hold at the next toggle.
rise (in) — how long the pad takes to bloom when toggled on: half a second to a full minute.
fall (out) — the exhale when toggled off, up to ninety seconds. Rise and fall are independent — instant arrivals with minute-long leavings, or the reverse.
loudness — the pad's level in the mix.
memory (fb) — the pad's own tape loop: how much of what it plays is fed back to echo inside it. High settings pile the pad's past onto its present.
warp (loop) — how much the memory loop's tape speed wanders; the remembered copy smears and detunes as it drifts.
detune (¢) — the spread, in cents, between each note's twin oscillators. Zero is pure; higher is thicker and more chorused.
sub — a sine an octave below the lowest note. The pad's keel.
cutoff — where the lowpass filter sits. Low is dark and underwater; high is open and present.
focus (res) — emphasis at the filter's edge; rightward narrows it toward a whistle.
weather — how far the filter wanders on its own: slow, aimless brightening and darkening, like light through moving clouds. At zero the sky holds still.
weather rate — how quickly the weather changes.
breathe — each voice in the chord swells and recedes on its own clock; this sets how deeply.
breathe rate — how quickly the voices swell.
drift (pitch) — slow random pitch wobble, per voice; tape stored badly, a choir not quite holding still.
echo time — the tape echo's length. Drag it while sounding and the repeats bend in pitch, like real tape.
echo feed — how much each repeat feeds the next; high settings repeat into the distance.
echo mix — how much echo joins the dry loom. Zero is off.
shimmer — an octave-up ghost of everything, fed only into the verb. The halo.
humidity — how much room you hear around the loom, from dry air to drowned.
darkness — how muffled the room's tail is; high settings swallow the highs.
width — the stereo width of the whole air, from nearly mono to wide open.
master — the room's level; the last hand on the volume.
save bank — writes the pads, each pad's private settings, and the fx desk. It restores itself, silent, on launch.
reload bank — brings the saved bank back now; pads return silent, toggle them on.
● record output — captures everything you hear to a downloadable take.
